By downloading or using TCG Collect ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
TCG Collect offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("TCG Collect Pro") that unlock premium features such as price charts, portfolio tracking, and more.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited once you purchase a subscription.
You may use TCG Collect for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
All content, design, and code in TCG Collect are owned by us or our licensors. Card images, names, and logos belong to their respective rights holders (The Pokemon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Bandai, etc.) and are used for identification purposes only.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that pricing data, card identification, or any other feature will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
