By accessing or using Card Bloom ("the Service"), including our web application and iOS app (Pokemon Card Maker), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Card Bloom is an AI-powered trading card generator that transforms your photos into Pokemon-style trading cards. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos and generate card artwork, stats, and abilities.
On the web, you must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. On iOS, the app identifies your device using a unique device identifier stored in your Keychain; no login is required.
The web app offers subscription plans with varying monthly card limits. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
The iOS app offers consumable card credit packs purchased through the Apple App Store. New users receive 2 free cards. Purchased credits do not expire. All iOS purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them through our AI services for the purpose of generating trading cards. You represent that you have the right to upload any photos you submit and that they do not violate any third party's rights.
You must not upload photos that contain illegal content, explicit material, hateful imagery, or content that infringes on others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
Card artwork and stats are generated by artificial intelligence. AI outputs may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or imperfect. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. Generated cards are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Pokemon is a trademark of Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, and Game Freak. Card Bloom is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, or Game Freak. The Service creates fan-art style cards inspired by the Pokemon trading card format and is intended for personal entertainment purposes only.
The Card Bloom name, logo, and application design are our property. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
